Over four phases, you will learn to strengthen your pelvic floor and abs, restore your flexibility and posture, then strengthen and tone your whole body.

You will be carefully progressed through correct technique in squatting, lunging, bending, pushing, pulling & twisting exercises through exceptional attention to detail, to ensure that you are totally confident to know that what you are doing is perfect, every time.

Each exercise comes with pictures, descriptions, and video links of a real person guiding you through form, technique, and common faults to be aware of.

Not only that, you will learn to do it using the same principles that your new baby will use over the first 12 months of its life, so you can share the experience together.
